Have you signed a 2-year lease with us and business needs you to leave earlier? Any time after a 1 year stay and with 2 months’ notice and upon agreement (mentioned on lease), we can adjust to end your stay with zero cost! HOMEISATHENS guests always come back! Happy guests is our TOP priority!
NO BOOKING FEES, as all HOMEISATHENS apartments are privately owned by 1 owner only - the HOMEISATHENS company.
You will need to pay via bank transfer, the security deposit that is necessary to reserve your rental. And total amount of your stay, if length of stay is between 2-6 months or as agreed if stay is longer than 1 year (this may vary according to length of stay and lease agreement).
Yes! Utility bills ARE included in your monthly rent. The security deposit that is required at the beginning of your rental is to be balanced at the end of your stay in case there has been overuse of electricity & gas only. Everything is agreed and mentioned on the lease.
Our homes are professionally cleaned prior to move-in, and fresh linens and toiletries are included. Housekeeping is not included in the rental fees. We can recommend a housekeeping professional.
We are unable to accommodate pets in our rentals. We want to ensure a clean environment, for guests that may have severe allergies.
Apartments are a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted on balcony only. All our apartments have front street balconies.
